Eyebrows, the overhangs that are common to Art Deco buildings, can deteriorate over time due to the effects of salt, water, and other harsh effects due to the close proximity of ocean living.

What we do:
Defective areas are chipped away from the eyebrows and then steel reinforcing is repaired or replaced. Once steel reinforcing is brought up to present day specifications, it is epoxy coated and removed masonry is replaced with gunite bringing structure back to original dimensions. Gunite is then covered with standard stucco ready for painting.
